What we do / Mergers and Acquisitions

SAIT performs legal research required for the acquisition of companies (legal due diligence) and coordinates the corresponding auditing of the accounts of companies in the Netherlands.

We assist our clients from the initial negotiations to the formalization of corporate contracts.

Should the client need it, we also offer additional services of follow up and control, forming part of the Board of Directors or the Supervisory Committee of the society after completion.

Our services may also continue into the integration phase and / or post-merger restructuring or acquisition in order to ensure seamless continuity of business activity.
